Metal brooch making 2
In order to be able to make metal brooches more efficiently, I broke down the claw-set parts into basic geometric shapes to facilitate batch production. Since the basic round pieces can be quickly made in bulk by laser cutting or disc cutter, and the thin strips are easier to saw. Since my ceramic pieces are also fixed in three sizes, I can batch make the corresponding brass discs directly from the size data. I bought silver pin parts for the brooch's back pin and tried soldering all these parts together. The process was pretty smooth and didn't take a lot of time.
